Vearse Farm Estates has four houses set in the beautiful Dorset countryside around Bridport, as well as a beachfront flat on Weymouth Esplanade, all close to the scenic Jurassic Coastline and local amenities.
The properties have character, style and space and each has their own unique facility to offer. Some have their own indoor heated swimming pools and share a tennis court, one even has it's own lake. Visitors to the farm cottages are able to enjoy the 230 acres of surrounding land set on the working farms.
Bridport is an ancient market town and is famous for it's rope and netting industry. There are many interesting shops in Bridport and every Wednesday and Saturday the streets are lined with market stalls with something for everyone. It also has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants.
Bridport is a mile from West Bay with it's harbour, pubs, restaurants and shingle beach. West Bay is the western end of Chesil Beach.
15 miles north of Bridport, through South Perrott is Chedington Court Golf Club, which has superb playing conditions all year round. Residents of Vearse Farm Estates enjoy special rates at the Golf Club.
All the properties are ideal bases from which to explore the Dorset and Devon area by car, on foot or bicycle.
There is no shortage of things to do and places to visit, but Vearse Farm also allows you to completely relax and unwind and have an enjoyable time within the grounds.
Ten miles to the west is Lyme Regis with it's famous Cobb and sandy beach.
Abbotsbury is ten miles to the east with the Swannery, Sub-Tropical Gardens and Chesil Beach.
Another ten miles further on is the Georgian holiday town of Weymouth with cinemas, bowling alleys, and lovely harbour. Weymouth is renowned for it's expanse of sandy beach that is safe for swimming.
