Dairy House is attached to Vearse House, but totally separate and self contained. It sleeps 8. The garden is secluded and has garden furniture. It has its own indoor heated swimming pool (10' x 20') a short walk from the house.  

A hard surfaced tennis court is shared by Vearse House.

There is ample parking.

The property is a mile from Bridport town centre.  The local pub is 1 mile away, as is the supermarket. 

Ground floor:  Lounge, entrance hall, dining room, kitchen, toilet and basin, and laundry room.

First floor:  Double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom, and bathroom.

Steep stairs to Second floor: Single bedroom, twin bedroom, and bathroom.
